Legal Advocacy
At SMARTADHD, we understand that undiagnosed or unsupported ADHD can sometimes contribute to impulsive decisions, emotional overwhelm, inconsistent behaviour, addiction patterns, workplace issues, and serious life difficulties.
We provide ADHD-informed behavioural advocacy and structured support in legal and high-pressure situations, helping individuals, families, and legal professionals better understand the context behind behaviour.
Our work includes:
- ADHD-informed behavioural reports
- Practical mitigation support
- Emotional regulation and coaching strategies
- Family support during stressful periods
- Professional insight around impulsivity, overwhelm, and executive functioning difficulties
We have successfully supported individuals and families in complex legal situations, where structured ADHD insight and practical advocacy have helped provide clarity, understanding, and more positive outcomes.
Our approach is always:
✔ Professional
✔ Compassionate
✔ Structured
✔ Focused on helping people move forward constructively
Educational Advocacy
Many neurodiverse children and young people are intelligent, capable, and creative — but without the right support, school can quickly become overwhelming, frustrating, and emotionally exhausting.
At SMARTADHD, we help families better understand and advocate for the needs of neurodiverse children and young people within educational settings.
We support with:
- School communication and advocacy
- Understanding ADHD, autism and dyspraxia traits
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Reintegration and support planning
- Parent guidance and practical strategies
- Building confidence and reducing overwhelm
With extensive experience working within education, we understand both the pressures schools face and the challenges families experience when support is inconsistent or misunderstood.
Our goal is simple:
To help young people feel understood, supported, and able to thrive both emotionally and academically.

'With Trevor’s experience in education he was a great advocate for her with the school and fought for her to be reinstated and get the support she desperately needed. And he continues to help her to stay in school. Thank you so much Trevor.' - LD, 2026
