A Personal Perspective
“As someone with ADHD, I understand the reality behind the label — the low self-esteem, the rejection sensitivity, the inconsistency, and the frustration of knowing you are capable of more but not always able to access it.
Following a later-life diagnosis, I made the decision to understand ADHD properly and build a way of working and living that actually suited how my brain functions. What was once a constant source of difficulty has become a strength I can rely on.
Today, I am happily married with four children, surrounded by strong relationships, and working in a field where I help others achieve meaningful change in their own lives.
I have experience with ADHD medication and also with alternative approaches, allowing me to offer a balanced, informed perspective based on the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
When understood and harnessed correctly, ADHD is not a limitation — it is a different operating system. My role is to help you understand it, structure it, and use it to your advantage.”

MARTIN QUICK
Martin Quick is a Senior Neurodiversity Coach based in Hereford, UK, specialising in supporting ADHD professionals to thrive at work without burning out or losing sight of who they are. He has coached more than 200 neurodivergent clients, many of whom are highly capable individuals who struggle with focus, organisation, confidence, emotional regulation or sustaining success in demanding environments.
Martin’s coaching is practical, person‑centred and trauma‑informed. He works alongside clients to make sense of how ADHD shows up for them, helping them harness their strengths while developing realistic strategies around productivity, boundaries, communication and self‑management. His approach is grounded, flexible and non‑pathologising, with a strong emphasis on solutions that work in real professional contexts, not just in theory.
He is particularly skilled at supporting clients with complex or overlapping needs, and is known for building trust quickly and adapting his approach in the moment.
